Refund Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

Who handles the transaction

Paddle is the reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Paddle handles payment collection, invoices, applicable transaction taxes, order support, and approved refunds. TechImpacts provides the software, account access, and product support.

When a refund may be available

Payments are generally final, but this does not remove mandatory consumer remedies. A refund may be appropriate where applicable law requires it, a duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed, or the paid service is materially defective or was not delivered as described.

Requests within 14 days

Paddle may consider a request made within 14 days of the initial subscription charge or latest renewal. Making a request does not guarantee approval; Paddle assesses the transaction, product access, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Cancellation is different

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period, and paid access ordinarily continues through the period already purchased.

How to request help

Include the purchase email, transaction reference, date, and reason. Never send a card number, password, government ID, or banking credentials by email.

See the Terms of Service for subscription, cancellation, access, and credit rules. This policy does not limit a remedy required by applicable law.
